The Imperial Hotels Austria GmbH stores transmitted data solely when customers place orders and for the purpose of order processing. As a matter of principle, we do not transfer customers’ personal data to third parties with the exception of our service partners (shipping companies) that require transfer of data for order processing purposes. In these cases, however, the scope of transferred data is restricted to the required minimum.
Each Online Shop user/ client may search our website without disclosing personal data. Solely when customers place their orders, our Online Shop requests the information necessary and relevant for execution of an order.
For your convenience, we recommend setting up an account when placing your order. You can, however, also place an order any time without setting up an account.
Especially during order processing, the customer’s full name, name of the recipient, address for dispatch of the products, a phone number (landline or cell phone number), the customer’s and recipient’s E-Mail address (if available) as well as the payment method (credit card company) are requested. In addition to your credit card number we need the expiration date, the 3-digit security code (on the back of your credit card) as well as your credit card company’s mobile TAN code. You will receive your mobile TAN code as text message on your cell phone after entering your credit card data. By entering your TAN code you identify as credit card owner and thus authorize your payment.
